I am curious about the training pay and how long it take at express jet? Is it in houston?

Training is in IAH (houston intercontinental)at XJT's very own training facility.
You don't get your hourly rate until you pass your sim check. Hotel is provided but you have a roommate unless your the only girl or guy in the class. You get per diem 24/7 while in training. Per diem is 1.40/hour about 33.60 a day 226.00 a week. Basic Indoc is a week, systems is also a week...gosh I can't even remember. Sim is a little over a week I think. Gosh I'm no help huh...

After your check ride in the emb sim, Your initial hourly rate will be 19.56 with a 75 hour monthly pay guarantee. You will pay for your own uniforms on a payroll deduct plan. If you get hired and you want to be based in IAH 4-ever, you might skip the leather jacket, but CLE and EWR winters are tough without em. But hey, NWA has got a MSP base and they don't have leather jax.
