Who knows ...... maybe Lynx will never get off the ground, especially with all the latest Q400 stuff! Maybe you'll be around for longer than you think!

EXELLENT!!! congrats Expressjet... for you guys getting another code share or what ever it will be for the moment...but just for the record, I remember when CHQ got the contract with CO and lots of you ( not all of you ) gave us nothing but crap and not even a chance!!!! I hope nothing but the best for you guys specially when REPUBLIC on time perf is 98.4% and completion factor is 100%. Like I said congrats ang good luck...at least from one of does CHQ guys!!!

The gloating at the end might make this thread interesting after all. I personally don't find all that much good news in another "temporary" flying gig with a few airplanes but, WTF do I know.

I'm gonna leave the whole stat comparison to someone else. Adios

Big difference between CHQ being awarded flying that has historically been done in house, be it CAL, or XJT, and doing some additional work for Frontier.

could be fill-in for t-giving and x-mas until Horizon goes and Rep gets up to speed.

And the Lynx hang ups, more importantly. ICT, RAP, and SUX were all Lynx cities that we sold tickets on.

....Just checked, and RAP is XJET as well

Not bad, only took you guys 9 months. FYI: Express Jet in LAX-99.8% on time, 100% on time since first month of operational service for Delta. Seriously, i'm just ribbing you a bit. But thank you for the kind sentiment, I'd like to personally thank ya'll for taking the hard stands away in IAH, my God they sucked.

I think you meant completion not ontime

but good MX helps, last call we had in the 20s for MELs over 274 airplanes??? pretty sick since we know probably 6-8 are for APUs and 4-5 are coffee makers that are busted

What else is there to defer on the 145? Off the top of my head I can maybe think of 3 other things...the LAV, pressure refueling and an errant thrust reverser. But what is it with the only 20 MEL's on 274 airplanes thing? I've heard that from a few other XJETers. Having flown at CHQ for a while I can assure you that we only have maybe 3 or 4 MELs on the 145 fleet. As far as the CRJ's are concerned they are a bit different...but what does the total MEL's in a fleet have anything to do with completeion or on-time?

I think what flyboy06 is trying to point out is "He is an ExpressJet pilot.....so that makes him better than you" :smash: :erm:

After the IPO spinoff, I wouldn't exactly call flying done by ExpressJet (formally Continental Express, a FORMER wholly owned subsidiary of Continental Airlines) "in house" flying. The only that thing that made it exclusive was the CPA.
