I have been researching regional airlines and was wondering, what are the pay scales for a FO and CA at ExpressJet? Thanks in advance for the information!

First year FOs are guaranteed $1,467 per month (75 hours), second year pays $2080.00 per month. The most junior captains at five years are paid a base of $3,835 per month. Captain pay tops out at $5,112. Per diem is $1.40 per hour. This pay scale is from Contract '97, which became ammendable last year. Negotiations are underway at a steady pace. CALEX currently has 383 pilots on furlough. Aircraft deliveries continue at the rate of one EMB-145XR per week with a total of 200 jets currently on property
