Expressjet E145 slid off SYR runway?

I just saw something on the "Weather Channel" showing bad weather in SYR, and they showed an E145 that slid off the runway on takeoff. Must have been really windy. It looked like the nose gear was torn off.

Gee, imagine that, an airplane slid on the ice at SYR. That place is the worst. Was there yesterday (Mon) and the ramp and taxiways were in pretty bad shape. One nice thing about a TP, reverse and GF can really save you. Hope everyone (ie. Pilots) is okay.

No man, the big pimp of the weather channel has to be Paul Kocin, the "winter weather expert". He shows up only for a few months, gets all the action he wants, then takes the summer off. And he has a voice like the Godfather... I've been waiting for SNL or MadTV to do a skit on him! Notice a year ago how just about EVERY weather channel girl was pregnant? It was Paul man!
