Whats the word on the street? Will you see 100+/rate at year 5 for the RJ? CO needs you more then you need them. Id think your in the drivers seat for a kick A.. contract. Any thoughts?

Are you kidding? Most there PFTd, why would they care how much money someone pays THEM to fly? BTW, 100+/hr for a 5 yr captain is nuts, no way XJet will pay that, no way.

Mabye it's that attitude that let your fantastic contract pass at Eagle back in the day?

"They'll never pay us THAT! Lets just settle for crap and a no-strike clause!"

God help us, a pilot group that actually WANTS to raise the bar!

:D

Obviously, a keyboard is the only thing that you posses that can keep both of your hands busy at the same time.

Our average Captain is around 7 years seniority right now. So the focus isn't necessarily on year 5 any more. The focus is on the work rules anyhow. The pay rate is only a number that helps determine your W-2 at the end of the year. The real gold is in the work rules.

For the last time SHUT THE FUKC UP MORON. We are all impressed that you didn't pay for training at Eagle. Hence why your rotting away at Eagle.

Hmmmmmmm......
10,000+ hours and still at Eagle. Well, I'll just leave it at that.

What other kind of response would you expect from PFT whores?
Say what you like about me, but I didn't buy my job.

I didn't pay for my training, and the majority of XJT pilots didn't either. Most of the guys who did are at CAL flying the heavy iron, so please give it a rest, you're not impressing anyone.

I didn't pay for my training at Express.

Do I still get to be a PFT whore!? Huh, can I, can I?

Some (less than a majority, btw) of our pilots may have paid for training but at least they don't have to pay for their friends or for sex like you do.

They completed to same type (121) training as you, the same checkride as you, and have to fly to the same standards as you.....and all did it with their hard earned cash on the line. I'd bet they're ALL way more professional than you and can probably outfly you any day of the week.

Why don't you just STFU!?!?!?

Back to the original topic....

ExpressJet's Contract '02 is nearing completion with most sections TA'd. We've been told that the majority of the Scheduling/Hours of Service section is finished. Scope and Compensation are open but many items are still on the table. In a nutshell, all sections have been opened, most are closed and TA'd, with significant gains in every area. Give us a few more months and I'm confident we'll have an agreement to be very proud of. Believe me, there won't be any "ExpressJet bashing" when this thing is signed.

American Beagle. Now that is a contract to be proud of. How many years left?
By the way, I did PFT and strangely, I do care what they are going to pay me.

Hopefully the 'other 60%' show-up to vote on this thing. Recent actions by the group have been very disturbing. Time to stop talking about how we will be the best and start showing why we deserve to be the best...

I guarantee that more than 57% will show up for the TA vote. The LOA was about Trip Trading and some pilots simply don't care about trip trading. I wouldn't read too much into it.
