I haven't been on the "thread" much lately. What's the latest on this dog and pony show? I saw 512KA on Fox news when they had the landing gear problem. I recognized that it was a plane that Clyde had in his fleet of junk. Just wondering ..

Erik is currently flying 512KA Part 91 for the owner (Clyde was leasing it). Clyde has no flight certificates, he just bought a 42 foot sail boat and is leaving the states for a few years.

Who's this?

Good thing he is done man. Hes was a jerk and a dangerous operator at that. I knew him too well. Erik is a good guy and he didnt deserve to put up with that BS.

There are still a bunch of Clyde's planes rotting away at FXE, I'm sure they will be sitting there for a long time before someone decides to chop them up. I wonder if that sailboat is maintained to the same standard as his planes were......

Thanks Shamus South Florida will be a better place without that jerk. Sadly some nice people got caught up in Clydesdownfall but, not to sound dramatic, I think some lives may have been saved.

What planes are still around at FXE? I thought the bank got them all.

I think N2000E is still around, along with the 402 and a Baron, but I'm not sure. They are scattered all over the place, so its hard to keep track.

From what I know 2000E and the 402 are not worth anything more than scrap. Don't know about the Baron.
Thanks..........

When did you work for Banyan?

97AK is one of the planes that left. I don't think there are any 207's sitting. I looked around a little yesterday, and 2000E is there, two barons, the Aerostar, 2651Y (402) and one of the 210's.
