Could somebody that flies an XLS tell me if they can do the following leg under these conditions.... VGT( North Las Vegas , 2100PA ,5000') to GTU ( Georgetown TX, 600PA, 5000'rwy) at 40 degrees C and 8 pax @200lbs.

It Depends

VGT-GTU I ran it and it showed a max t/o weight of 19310# off runway 7. Approx. 2.5 flight time with a burn approx. 3600#. BOW 13000# + 1600# pax+ 300# bag= 14900# ZFW. That leaves only 4410# for fuel with a 3600# burn. BOW vary quite a bit, so if you have a light airplane, you might get a 1000# reserve. I wouldn't be so inclined, but there are operators out there that would. Also, running max range will help. The 3600# burn is HSC. Hope this helps.

GTU-VGT Runway 18 allowed 20200# t/o at 40 degrees. Burn up to 4200# for 3.0 flight.

I included the bags with the pax weight. I understand the sovereign is quite the performer.
