When I got hired, I was the only guy in class with no jet time, but I had 5200 hours and one type rating..(DC-3) Good company and good job back then 18 years ago. It went downhill a bit when they hired Eastern scabs in the early 90s. We went from being a "clean" airline to a "scab" airline. It makes a difference if ya are looking yerself in the mirror every morning.
