Just wondering what's up with the Evergreen 47 in Fairbanks, AK? Been parked here for two days now. Seems a bit long to not be flying revenue? Thanks.

I know they have been working on modifying a 747 for use as a fire bomber. Yeah I know it sounds strange. The mainstay of their business is flying freight in 747's so I wouldn't be surprised to see their aircraft anywhere.

He's on a mil charter cargo mission, but had an engine problem. Waiting for parts and maintenance.

bump.

More than one

Over the past few days I've seen several pass thru FAI. I don't know what call sign they're using but I assume they're passing thru from Europe to Asia.
