I don't see what your problem is with this preliminary report. The NTSB acknowledged there would be errors.

I understand the disclaimer about errors, but this does seem to be a whopper of an error when the correct info is so easy find.

The NTSB reported that the aircraft had been on the ILS DME to runway 3 at IRK. Problem is, there is no ILS and no runway 3. I complained about it, but I failed to heed the NTSB's disclaimer about inaccurate info on preliminary reports. Sorry to waste everyone's time.
