How many of you pilots out there did any/all of your training at Epic Aviation in Smyrna Beach, FL? Seems like $37,000 for about 500 hours, including a big chunk of multi turbine time. What aircraft they have, I'm not sure. But any thoughts on this place? Any experiences?

gkrangers, i'm looking at their professional pilot program. hunt around a bit on their website and you will find it. i am getting my degree in 58 days (who's counting?) so i won't need to do the college thing while i'm down there. just going to go down for the training.

the cessna 414's, are those turbine-powered aircraft? is that where my 200-300 hours multi turbine would come from?

gkrangers, follow this link and watch their flash advertisement to see the "505 hours TT and 300 multi turbine" -- http://epicaviation.com/Flight training/professional-pilot-program.htm

follow this link to look at their pro-pilot package. it includes the prices and total hours -- http://epicaviation.com/Flight training/professional-pilot-Courses.htm

that's where i got the numbers. and if we were counting flight sim time... well, i'd just look more pathetic. don't bring up my shameful past!!!

thanks for your help. anyone else care to chime in? the more info the better.
