Try Mesa airlines, Swift Air, (corporate vender for one of the fractionals), they have about 7 Citations, there is a lot of activity in Scotsdale for the same, but I do not have any contact phone numbers.

how much time you have? unless you know someone (which you probably dont since your asking on here) or you have from what ive seen 3000tt1500multi and some turbine or a type. This is a tough area. Too many commercial pilots, plus everyone at mesa wanting to bail ship. good luck and nice avatar

Try Swift then, part 135, or spend a day at scotsdale airport north of sky harbour, lots of corporate operators.
