About what percentage of UPT selectees go to Shepard for ENJPT? I will be competing for a pilot slot in the spring, after which I will have one more year of school. Is it an all around picture they are looking for? Grades, Commander ranking, etc? Previous flight experiance a plus, I assume?

Basicly, what I'm asking is, do you have to be some kind of super cadet to get picked for this school or is it more like the top 10-15%?

Yes...

The ENJJPT students from other countries aren't slugs (usually). They (the other countries) tend to sent their best to Sheppard. So, we have to send the people that we think can make us not look bad.
