If anyone would be willing to pass along any gouge (systems review, oral questions) for the Encore+, it would be most appreciated. Looking at a possible Jan/Feb class date. Thanks.

If you're going to FSI, write to them and see if they can send you the CD's for the pilot training manual.

The plane is very straight-forward. About the only semi-difficult part of the course is learning how to use the Pro Line 21 but even that happens pretty quickly once you hit the sim. If you've already got some Pro Line 21 experience, you'll find the class quite manageable.

Where will you be going? I just finished two weeks ago. I already fly CJs, so the Encore+ was nothing to get excited about. If you're going to ICT, drop me a PM and I'll give you the low down on their operation.

I hear that Pro Line 21 is a nice set-up.

Proline 21 is VERY nice. The FMS is easy to work through and the displays are great. I like the weather data link as well, just wish the engineers would put XM radio in the rotary for the cockpit like they did with G1000 in the pistons.
