I have an interview this week with Empire Airways at Republic Airport, NY. I've been to their website and checked them out. Was wondering if anyone knows much about them, the good, bad and the ugly - (hope there's not much of the ugly). All news and or pointers about them would be much appreciated. Also if anyone knows what their interview format is, then that would also help.

Great Great company. They do the Atlantic city casino junckets. Could not ask for a nicer owner and the people they have working for them are great people

How much of their work is taking people back and forth from Atlantic City (ACY)? And also, does anyone have an idea of pay? Is it enough to survive on in Long Island? Also, how long is the upgrade there? Any idea?

Check the Flight Tracker

Go to http://www.flightaware.com. You can watch KFRG for JS31 activity. I think N16EX and N16EN are both Empire Airways aircraft. I see them at ACY everytime I'm up there. They don't usually stay at the casinos like we do. When they're done flying I think they stay down the road at the Hampton Inn for their required rest. They seem to keep pretty busy, but the crews I've talked to always come across as being pretty happy.

Most if not all there flying is to ACY out of KFRG, KRIC, KORF all to ACY. They sometimes do some charter but they keep busy with all the casinos they do. The upgrade time would prob be about a year to a year and a half. They pay alot better then the regionals but it is NY.

Interview...
