Elp?

I see a bunch of aircraft, especially Convairs, in ELP. Anyone know anything about the operations there? Driving around the airport I do not see signs for any companies, except ICE... well, okay, they aren't a company per say.

Check out C&M Airways, they have some Convairs down there.
