Elite seems to have a really high class operation. Does anyone have any comments or suggestions about their operation?

Thanks!

From what I hear, the turnover at Elite is very low. The pay and benefits are above average in the industry and the pilots are given 6 hard days off per month.

It is difficult to get hired at Elite. Their minimum requirements are an ATP with the appropriate type rating for the position, along with several years of corporate experience. Believe it or not, they consistently receive resumes from pilots who work for the "well known" operators in SoCal (ie Clay Lacy, Air Group, AvJet, Petersen)
