Aeroboy, I certainly appreciate the nuances of legal rights however I merely posted a lead in and link to the article itself as information. Live4flying would have known that if he had actually made the effort to read it.

You are right Live4, a mere old man with 35 years in. Like many children, some are really hard to teach much of anything. In those years and without so much as a commercial ticket, I ahve managed to fly some things from the Goodyear Blimp to Boeing 747 and An 124's/ It has been fun running some aviation companies and crossing the world working on deals. Nothing that you could learn from me.
 
Jesus, I would rather be tied to a chair and forced to watch "The View" (a bunch of Kackoling hens talking about nothing) than listen to you guys bickering about nothing. EJM did file for a part 380 certificate, there is no start date, end of story....give them the credit if you want, otherwise- lets lighten up "girls"....
