$35k/yr to start as FO, $60k/yr as "first year" CA (your "first year" as a CA starts when you upgrade. Raises are merit-based, up to 5% each year. Upgrade is merit-based. 14 hour days, three days one week, two the next. No overnights, no weekends, no holidays.
