I see on the website that EJM is looking for pilots. Does anyone know anything about how things are set up on that side?

Is it union?
Is there a schedule?
Can you commute?

And the most important one.... What is the pay.

thanks!

From my understanding, EJM is an aircraft management company only and the pilots do not work for them, but are recruited by them to work directly for the owners of the various aircraft they manage. The several job postings I've seen by EJM would always be for a specific aircraft and location...that seems to back up that you'd be getting hired by whoever the owner is. I'm not 100% sure about this but its the best I know.

Not entirely true. Some EJM accounts are "Fully Managed" accounts meaning that the pilots are actually employees of EJM and are on the EJM payroll out of LUK. The owner pays Cincinnati to Fully manage the crew as well as the aircraft and mechanics if one is assigned. The crew and mechanics are "based" with the respective aircraft anywhere in the U.S. but report into LUK for all dispatch and 135 GOM duties. Pay varies by owner and we are payed by the owners through EJM. Most accounts have decent pay depending on aircraft and are usually near or above NBAA standards. Just my .02 from a pilot who used to work for NJA and went over the EJM. Both good companies.
