EC Aviation in Holland, MI (KBIV)

Does anyone have any info on EC Aviation in Holland, MI (KBIV)?? All I've been able to gather is that they are a wholly owned subsidiary of Gentex Corp., and they fly 2 Lear 45s. I know that they are not looking for pilots at the moment, but I'd like to find out as much as possible about this company, in case they decide to hire someone relatively soon (a year or two). I'm curious about the normal stuff: pay, schedule, benefits, overall QOL, training, etc...

Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!
