I'm about to start with JetBlue and will be commuting to work, I will not be traveling from a JetBlue city. Is there an easy way to check flights on other airlines and availability without having to search each individual airlines website or calling the respective airline? Any other suggestions on jumpseating would be appreciated.

Passrider.com is the best I've seen.

P.S. How did you get on with JetBlue with your time?

Military multiplier helped. My time is closer to 2800 now without a conversion factor. I had no connections there. I went to an AirInc in August and got a call for a Nov interview. I have heard from this forum that they give a lot of interviews from Air Inc participation. That is my only guess.
