Huge movement if when all the flowbies leave and the numbered and non-numbered flow thru's move up.....if only the stars would align........
 
Nice deflection from you skewing the truth. There's no certainty that the numbered and non-numbered flow-thrus are actually going to flow. So...with that in mind, making the assumption that only a small percentage of them do flow, the advancement at Eagle will only hinge on those flowbacks that get recalled to AA.

Aside from that, Eagle can't afford to upgrade anyone because they're more valuable in the seat they're in than the one they want.

Typcially the above comment would show no assumptions are being made. Apparently Captain Obvious did work for TWA.
 
You know what...I'll spot you one. Perhaps I didn't see that your original post I responded too was being as fecetious as it now appears.
 
Who cares? Go where you like, upgrade time at eagle will come down, others will go up, but in the end they are all crappy places to work. Regionals suck.
