That's right B.T.Justice dude!!!!!!!When the current contract is expiring would be a good time for a strike for those reasons that I have already mentioned, however,a pilots union simply must have shop stewards/union reps that have some EFFING BALLS for a change instead of being a bunch of wusses all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rolleyes: :D:D

We've never had a chance Like this or may never have another to bring up pay/qol for those that follow!!!! Mainline pilots should all be in full support in creating better wages for commerical pilots.

This could be another "Flying the Line" series. Good luck to both groups!

That will only accelerate the RJ pull down. It's going to happen anyway for the 50 seaters and high oil, but the 70/76 seaters will remain for sometime.

If you don't like the offer, just vote it down. The Regionals are scrambling to find pilots, and with upcoming retirements at the big 3, it's only going to get worse. The Regionals will try to poach pilots from other Regionals (SKW emailing Republic pilots for example), and if the contracts don't get better, it will be status quo, nobody will show up. Those Regional CEOs are sweating it for sure, and they are going to have to put some money on the table to keep anyone except the lifers (PBR, Mercy, Freeturd) there. My advice, apply to JB or any LCC if you haven't heard from a legacy yet. Improve your life compared to flying at the shrinking Regionals.

Bye Bye---General Lee

Very true..... But the line must be drawn!!! Now we are talking EMB-175's 2,000nm range, wifi, power adapters....... What's next??? C-Series?? 100 seat planes? I for one think these planes should be flown by Mainline Pilots period. 15 years ago no mainline pilot would've allowed these planes or CRJ 900's to operate at the regional level. Now they have and there the norm. These are not regional planes that fly regional routes!
