what is the Eagle interview process? pay through training? 1st year pay? Thanks

Not to sure about first year pay, however as far as the interview goes,(and this is from current friends that work their said)

#1 typical HR and tech questions

#2 sim in a 707 i dont know why they use a 707 sim but they are just looking for a good scan as well as call outs instead of looking at epr settings

#3 after this you go to a american eagle AME for for a firsr class medical check out.

Thats about all I know about the interview process

the sim ride is done in the Saab now.

Its not a first class medical, it's more like an astronaut medical followed by a COG test.

first year pay is 20.60/hr.
Line holder- 72 hr gar
Reserve - 75 hr gar

All the pilots who have accepted a recall with be offered RJ FO positions according to the company. New hires will be offered seat where the company needs pilots the most, i.e. SJU. However, AMR has said they will hire into all 4 a/c types. Just depends on how lucky you get.
