Eagle guys, what happen to the lounge?

It has been down for two days. Wondering if it is technical e.g. moving server, mx or legal problem with AMR?
 
Well I believe TSA lounge was shut down because of the contract talks and they didnt want stuff getting spread around, or maybe because people were talking bad about the person who ran it so he shut it down. Not sure about the mesa board or the eagle board, maybe the same thing.
 
They are all ran by the same guy, who happens to be the mec at TSA. Don't say anything too bad on here he is italian and has a bad temper.

Same here; for about 24 hrs now. I'm on my days off so I don't have to logon/proffer. :D
 
Somethings up with SABRE. I can't log into any site that queries SABRE to verify DECS info (aepilots, webpcfos, etc).
 
By the way, anyone want to pick up my seq (9157) on any Thursday this month? AE ORD EMB FO. I might even throw in a few bucks for helping me out. The other option is someone working a 2 day starting on Monday or Tues could trip trade and we'd both end up with a set of 5 days off (but only 1 day off another week).

Trip trade? I see someone is off reserve finally. Congrats
 
I got an email today saying aepilots is down for the next couple of hours, but I just logged in and it is ok. Now the eaglelounge is a different story. I can do without aepilots, but the lounge.... no way!!!

Thanks, right on the edge. Held the last hard line for 3 months (jan-mar). You'll be there soon. My buddy who got hired just 6 weeks after I did has never held a hard line.


Oh yeah, and if anyone is interested the trip is a 2 day worth 9hrs. 3 legs each day and a 15hr overnight in TOL.

TSAlounge is down because Dario can't handle anyone who dissagrees with him.

Mesalounge is down because it moved to another URL.

Eaglelounge? Don't know. A week is a long time to be down.

Think the MEC meeting on the 12th has something to do with it? Think, after MIDT is approved that the 'lounge will suddenly start working again?

The problem with /free/ forums is none are free. The price of the Eaglelounge is that it is subject to the whims of the MEC. Say something the MEC doesn't like? Banned. Too many people saying something the MEC doesn't like? Then they'll do what Dario did at the TSAlounge, ground all of us. Is it time for something new?
 
yea i still can't get on to aepilots. usually when its down for good, you can't even get the username and password to come up. i get that to come up but i enter my password and hit OK and it comes up again. weird

I still can't get into aepilots either. I don't care today, since I'm off, but when it comes time to proffer I'm not going to be happy if it's still down! Who wants to fool with the AVARS way of doing it? NOT ME!!!
 
I got on it yesterday afternoon and now I can't log on again.... It is frustrating. Just another reason we should be able to access Sabre through Jetnet... I guess the 3 guys that still pay for pc-fos are laughing all the way to the bank now!!!

So lets start some rumors about why they are down...
Maybe some big changes are about to be voted on and they don't want anything to leak out! Or one of us put some bad AA AE stuff on there and they are being confiscated by the courts to hang the offender?
 
AEPILOTS.com is currently unavailable.We apologize for the inconvenience. Currently we are working to allow all pilots to view the site without a password, as there are major password problems.
