The same planning?

Do you think your students could pass an O&P with a dispatch examiner?
 
I can't believe that the FAA actually requires you guys to be certificated to do the same planning that I was teaching student pilots to do last year.

You might want to read up a little on the dispatch job. After that, get a copy of the NTSB hearings on the AA crash in Little Rock. Read that and then come back and see if you have the same question about certification.

Pass the ATP written, then come talk to us. I'm not saying we'll listen, but you gotta meet some kind of minimum standards.
