Thanks for your concern. We have had our ASAP program for several years.

I'm simply soliciting input from DX'ers with other carriers to assist our DX ASAP Manager and help improve our program.

The driving force behind the ASAP program is to focus on the problem. Stay out of the blame game and look for solutions to issues. That will keep everone working on the solution instead of trying to find someone to point the finger at.

We also have the asap program here. I have filled out a couple of them. I think the real benefit of them is it to brings an issue to light that may otherwise go unnoticed or ignored. We have a committe that reviews all the submitted asap's and actually submit the NASA form for you. A couple weeks later I get a NASA form in the mail saying they recieved the issue and it is now closed. Mostly a CYA deal.
