drugs and your medical??

Any one know of some one who has lost there 1st class medical due to a positive drug test and gotten there medical back.. This happened to this guy 10 years ago.

Sure do. Know two guys that got their jobs back after failing drug tests.

They both had lots of union help, though.

The more I hang around local airports, the more I learn there are a few King Air and Citation folks with 'skeletons' in their closet who have made a pretty good living after stumbling a time or three.

And some of the things I've heard make my two misdemeanors of long ago look like nuth'n.

I'd say, given what I now know ... anything's possible.
