Rumor has it that JBLU filed with the DOT last week in reference to SONG's ability to code share with the DAL, NWA and CAL. When the original partnership was established, provisions were only for Delta, NWA and CAL. SONG, a separate entity, may not be able to code share with Delta, NWA, or CAL unless an amendment is made to the existing agreement with the DOT. Anyone with further information concerning this filing???

Blue Bayou,

I don't think Delta wants anyone to necessarily code share with Song, but they will be a part of a frequent flyer program. Anyone can team up to share frequent flyer programs, heck---our Skymiles program is aligned with United. So, anyone who flies Song can still get free trips on NW or CAL----and that is something Jetblue cannot offer.

Bye Bye---General Lee:cool:
