Colgan Air Inc. a US Airways Express carrier is currently seeking a Manager of Pilot Training. This position is accountable for the ongoing provision of the company's operations training program for a specific fleet-type which includes all ground school and in-flight training. Also provides any and all training resources that may be necessary; maintains training manuals, records and library resources. Reports all training failures to the Chief Pilot and Director of Flight Standards. Acts as technical resource for operational resource for operational knowledge regarding specific aricraft type, and communicates all poslicy procedure changes to flight crews.
