The previous responses are in regard to your "solo" priviledges.
You are not currently an ASEL pilot. You can be considered an ASEL student. Once you receive training and an endorsement from an instructor, you can launch and do "solo" practice as authorized under the endorsement of the instructor.
These endorsements are good for 90 days only. As a solo student you are limited on X-C flights. Your original endorsement for solo will limit you to 25 NM from the home airport. You may be granted a repetitive X-C endorsement for a greater distance if you need it. Each X-C city pair must be approved by your instructor - remember you are flying on his/her certificate until you receive your ASEL rating.
No pax are allowed. Hence the word "solo".
