Was inflight on DL earlier this week from LIT to ATL w/ connection to RSW. In First Class this flight (usually can't pull that off for my business travel).
Departure from LIT was delayed - they said due to ATC delay. Inflight it was obvious I was going to miss my connection in ATL but I was able to use the in-flight internet to contact DL reservations via twitter (@DeltaAssist) and they were able to move me to the only remaining FC seat for the next later flight out to my connection (no FC seats were showing as available on the DL reservations app).
As a PAX I thought it was great customer service - it's this kind of customer service that makes me want to continue to use DL whenever I can. Well done.
