DL dealing with PNCL & Mesa (Freedum)

What's the deal with the Freedom (Mesa) lawsuit? I know there was the injunction against DL but isn't there to be a jury trial now in that case? Also what about Pinnacle? July 31st was to be the end for them for DL but everyone talks about this 90-day extension??? I never saw anything on DL Net or any news article, was it ever released in print? I'm wondering if DL is waiting for Mesa to go under and now just quietly let Pinnacle do business as usual since they managed to dump XJ? Who knows, but July 31st will be here soon...

Do you mean XJT(Express Jet)? As far as I know XJ (Mesaba) hasn't been dumped by NWA/DL

XJ Hasn't been dumped by NWA, and we've never flown for Delta (yet).

And DAL didnt dump XJT. The word is we wanted out of the pro-rate portion of the deal because we were losing our ass and DAL said the only way we could get out of it was if the whole deal ended(CPA and pro-rate). That is what the rumor over here is. DAL did not want us to leave at all.
