How does one go about earning a dispatcher certificate?

Plenty of places to go. I got mine on the side while I was in college. Had to take the classes anyway for my degree. It paid off.

There are plenty of places out there to get a DX license. Two off the top of my head are Sheffield in Lauderdale and Flight Safety.
