Hi guys,

Can anyone suggest a good web site to post help-wanted ad for an aircraft mechanic? Something like climbto350.com for pilot jobs?

My company is seeking a director of maintenance, hopefully someone with a background in 500-series Citations and/or Westwinds.

We are a recently-certificated Part 135 operator with plans to grow but we need someone who can be effective in this position in order to do that. We need someone who can set up a maintenance shop and be responsible for acquiring all the necessary equipment and hiring additional mechanics.

We need someone with prior experience in this position and who can be effective with aircraft records. We would prefer an IA.

We currently operate a C-414 and a C-500; an IA-1124 will be added to the certificate after its conformity check.

All of our key employees receive a competitive salary and medical/retirement benefits

We are located in Gainesville, Florida (GNV).

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Josh M.

climbto350 is a good start.
monster.com is another.....just have to weed out the garbage.

The best place to find a DOM is at the repair facilities. Probably would want to find someone who has spent some time in an inspection department or has been a 135 DOM before.

Good luck, thanks for posting

There's a maintenance section on planejobs.com as well.

OK, thanks guys.

In case anyone else is interested in this topic, someone pointed me to the PAMA and Aircraft Maintenance Technology magazine as good sources.
