Years ago, maybe 10-12 years ago, I swear I saw a white B1-B type bomber with red stars underneath each wing. This was in Wisconsin near Volk ANGB. The aircraft seemed to be headed that way.

Is THIS the aircraft I saw? (a TU-160) Or could it have been an agressor B1B?

Another thread sparked my memory and I was just wondering if I was seeing things.

Indeed a Tupolev bomber. Look at the canopy and notice there is more framework for the glass compared to the B-1. Also, the wing root for the Tu-160 is much closer to the cockpit vs. the B-1; the B-1 has more of a pronounced swell in the foward fueselage vs the Tu-160.

I was just wondering if it was possible that I actually saw one in Wisconsin. It seems strang that I could have, I heard there were only 14 of these aircraft built. But I am 100% sure on my description of the aircraft.

Maybe it came for Oshkosh?
Doubtful. My house was near KDLL and it was headed NNW toward Volk. KOSH is NE. It's possible though, I think it was during the summer...

maybe

Maybe it was on a bombing mission that our government never released! Cheeseheads are high on the target list.

They used to use those a lot for the low altitude chem runs. The Soviet chemgoo rigs always have been superior to the American-made models, because they don't clog as easily. The Blackjacks were also effective at eluding conventional US radar due to their Transponder jamming technology. I'm surprised the photo became public without someone being snuffed out.

Ha. Funny.

not good

TonyC,

This is not the place to get into classified material. You touched on information that is Secret-Win-Dixie.

Just for the record. If the (former) Soviet Union had Chemgoo rigs, they were not superior to the U.S. GE models.

I suggest you edit your post.

Back in the early to mid-90's, when we were first making nice to the Russians, there were a few instances of inter-service visits.

I was at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana when some Russian bombers and transports visited for several days (although not a Tu-160).

Perhaps the airplane you saw was here as part of an inter-service visit?

I was waiting for that. You're killin' me! :)

I do not think any of those type of aircraft visited here. I have seen pics though of an all white B-1A however

You have missed the wonderful chemtrail threads?

Go to chemtrailcentral.com, or one of the chemtrail threads here, for your indoc on this wackyness

W O W

Did I just read what I thought I did?

I'm sorry, I really can't go into it any further. As Goose so astutely observed, I've already crossed the line into Secret-Winn-Dixie. If it weren't for the monitors who have already recorded the post anyway I would just remove it. But since it's out there, I'm afraid you'll just have to deal with the suspense. Sorry.

heh,

Little green men told me even more about it.

Its actually a vast alien conspearicy. Those aren't aircraft, they are UFOs from Mars.

They are pissed we keep sending probes to their planet and just want to live in peace.

Turns out Marvin there on the right is their leader.

He couldn't blow up the earth with his lludium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator (Bugs stole it), so this is just his revenge on the human race.

;)

Thanks TonyC

Enough said.

It never happened and they don't exist.

Unless you want a knock on the door by people you don't want to talk to, I suggest you stop the discussion.
