"5.B.1." refers to a paragraph in our contract which outlines a meeting with mgmt. to investiagate a given situation to determine if disiplinary action should be persued.
"SNC" stands for Sick No Charge. A reserve crewmember who calls in sick is not charged a sick day if there are other reserves available.
