I noticed on the interview gouge sites that people are putting that they brought recommend letters with them to the interview. I thought that your recommend letters were the ones that were submitted online. Do they want you to bring actual letters in addition to the online recomends? I know it isn't a bad idea to have a couple in your back pocket, but I was thinking I didn't need hard copies of the online ones.

You do not have to. I printed them out and brought them if they wanted to see them. I actually did not need them, but when asked about how my boss would describe my work ethic, it was nice to have there to show them what he wrote. FWIW
