Can you say tool. Try a regional first, I am sure the captains there will show you how to handle yourself in a plane-but someone needs to show you some manners and humility somewhere else.

If you are type rated then techinally you could be Capt.
 
yep, if the real captain dies, you get to be in charge until you get on the ground. Your airline will be so impressed that on your next trip you get to be........an FO.

At most airlines, if the Captain and First Officer die....then the "lead" flight attendent gets to become "captain"

Actually at DAL:

1. Captain
2. FO
3. Junior FO if international
4. DAL jumpseater
5. Off line jumpseater
6. Lead FA who would find any pilot she could to fly the plane or at least try.

Done the regional thing bud and punched my ticket. Debate it all you want but type rated=Capt.
