Delta/US slot swap progress???

Seems like this topic has cooled off in spite of rumblings it is back
on the table for the third time. Anyone care to drop any nuggets on developments in the courts or negotiations with regulators?

See more Delta folks scoping out the LGA terminal lately, a la last year, and it's driving me nuts. Don't want to lose my lagarbage...

I heard it is now more likely to go through in the not too distant future.

SWA's complaints about being left out and not having enuf slots have been satisfied by he slots they obtained in the Air Tran purchase.
