Delta: UAL + 1 %?

Hi!

I believe that Delta pilots' pay was at UAL+1%.

I was wondering if that is still in effect, and if their pay will automatically go down when UAL's does, or if the co. will have to negotiate with the pilots to lower their pay and change their work rules?

DALPA's contract is independent of the wage and work rules of any other carrier.

Management is currently exploring concessions; we'll see what happens.
