I fly the aforementioned CRJ-200 50 seat jet.

Regarding your statement:

Ironically, THAT was the SAME reason CRJs were scoped out by Delta mainline pilots in the first place circa 1992/1993. Pot, meet kettle.

Oh, the sweet irony in your reasoning!

Then I REALLY don't feel bad about parking the RJs now. RA said more were on the way, and hopefully the new FAA rules about hiring and rest/fatigue will help stifle any future RJ growth, and send more jobs towards the Majors' way. My reasoning is SOUND. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Bye Bye--General Lee

I, too, hope for more jobs at majors. Like most people at regionals, I'd like to eventually move on. My beef is with those ex-RJ/regional pilots who were exactly where I am, but luckily moved on to a major, and now talk smack/sh** about regionals and what they've done to this industry. Really? You (as in those people) had no qualms about accepting a RJ offer when it came, and it was that RJ's SIC+PIC time that allowed one to get hired at the major. Just because you move on, it don't mean your sh** don't stink no mo'! Never forget where you came from.

Space shuttle commander.
Never flew an rj.

Ahh, that explains things. Sorry about the whole getting busted after wearing Depends while driving 800 miles non-stop to confront your boyfriend thing. :D

Don't worry juan, your mom still loves you. And I didn't wear your slippers when I was in your trailer.
