DELTA TA (block time)

Delta brothers and sisters:

Can you please expand on your TA block time for pay? Is it really paid with wheel movement only? Is it not off the front door and brake release? If not, why are you doing this? You are working for FREE? Think about all the times ramp, atc, mechanical tugs issues, congestion from ground (LGA, EWR, etc) holds you at the gate for any period of time... Please tell me I have this all wrong.... I was reading your TA today...

We get paid once the red beacon is on. I haven't seen that is a change, or heard of that.

Ok, thanks... Your contract states block times are based on wheel movement.... I just assumed it was for pay too. Thanks... Can you ref this in the pwa?
