Delta PWA and ACA order

General,

I assume you can answer this question. Since
ACA announced their order today for A319 and A320,
according to the Delta PWA, when does Delta have
to cancel their agreement with ACA? Is it the
day they actually fly an aircraft with greater
than 70 seats or have one on property? According
to the press release, they will start taking
delivery in Sept. 2004 and start flying in Nov.
2004.
