Remember everybody........"Good goes around but GREAT lands on taxiway Mike"

We could spend DAYS on what the ASA professionals have done in recent years....but why even go there ASA?

That was one Delta jet that taxied to the gate at 'Southwest Speeds'. Heard they were headed up the jetbridge before someone questioned them.

Good rumor.....must make for good fun in the Warrior cockpit or lounge!

There are reports by the Government showing that it was mentioned over the radio. Check the transcripts.

Nice try Red.

I did read the reports. CA tells FO to fill out an ASAP when she gets home. Crew made it to ramp frequency before being given a phone number. It was a interesting read, in all seriousness. Getting fatigued right at the end of a long flight with plenty of extenuating circumstances. The new 'differences' in the taxiway vs runway lights played a factor as well (from the ALPA statement).

If you rode that exact flight, that would mean you were on that flight? Right...just sayin'!!

Hahaha! True enough. Same flight NUMBER.

Judging by the video, there was some serious Savannah swamp gas fog that night. As they say, ca-ca occurs.

Thanks for taking the time to research.....not a bright day for us, but lessons learned for all.

What incident is this?

True dat! But be careful from that perch you sit so mightily! Because when you fall, it's gonna hurt pretty bad!;)

Hey, no worries Scoot. Back to the glass houses and all, and I agree with you. I think our Section 6 will turn out well and our pay and QOL will be about the same.

I'm glad you guys are getting the rates back up. My point was that the widebody pay should really be much higher than what we are paid to fly around a guppy in the CONUS. It's headed in the right direction at least, which a good thing for all of us.

Yeah except that's not what really happened. I saw the skidmarks yesterday. Solid black from 1200 remaining through the turn and into the grass at the end. Destroyed the hold short sign. They were really lucky the infield was flat there. So do you go into the overrun at 40 kts or try the turn at 50 kts?

Anti-skid anyone?
