It's like the article said.....more seats on the routes. We have kept our growth flat. No fault of Delta. Nothing to see here.
 
Normally I might agree Bill. But when you project 5-7% revenue growth and then come in light, it could be a big issue.
 
Uhhhhh, DL also said 6 of the top 10 EVER most profitable one day profits in the company history occurred last month. 6 out of 10. Yes, the PRASM only increased 4.5% last month compared to the year before, instead of the forecast 5-7%. At least they gave a reason, and one that will fix itself after the World Cup is over.

You know the main difference, right? Delta has a history of adding too much capacity and then flying those planes that aren't making the yield....well, until bankruptcy.

Southwest has never done that. If it doesn't make money, we change the schedule and use that capacity to make money. Huge difference. Same with the new Southwest international service Scoot.

Experts in Vnav and International? Hardly. Consecutive years of profits/yields? I'd say our record is pretty strong.

That is why I like talking to the HAL guys. At least they actually have something good and reasonable to say!!!
 
Red gets the shakes when he can't post on a Delta thread. It's fun watching him try to make sense.
