delta international jmpseat?

any delta guys out there can explain the new procedure for international jmpseat?

my airline is cass, I plan on jumpseatin BOI-ATL then ATL-MAD on september.
what's the new procedure? does the BOI agent list me for both flights and I just show my stuff in ATL to the agnt and captain? where do I pay the taxes? last time the madrid agents where on top of things and new how everything workked, is it still the case?what's the new procedure in MAD if any?
