DELTA AirElite Question

Hi there everyone-

Mybe I should be posting this in the part 135/charter section but they market it as a 'fractional". What info. does anyone have on Delta Air Elite? Are they hiring captains off the street if you have the qualifications, or is it a long upgrade? How about what happens to them if Delta starts selling assets in the near future? Thanks for any info. someone may have.

This is not really a fractional at all, more like a management company with a certificate. In many cases, they put aircraft on their certificate that come with the owners crews like Executive Jet Management.

In terms of their total fleet, they probably hire very few of the pilots utilized. They fly charter for Flexjet as backup.
