Delta Air Elite

Does anyone have any info/insight on Delta Air Elite? I have seen the website and I finally got my ATP so I would like to apply but I never hear anything about them. I'm wondering if ALL the Delta furloughs have applied here which would make my flight times laughable, but all I know to do is step up to the plate and swing!

What is the pay like?

Hard to believe that I would have to take a pay cut to go from ASA to Air Elite, unless thay hire into the left seat. Is that done there for LR typed and experienced pilots?

I'm about 2:20 from TEB, is this usually too far to report to work? Do they fly you to the other bases? Where can I apply?

I guess I forgot to ask. Is that 2 hour report for reserve only? Do you guys have lines or are you pretty much always on call?
